1. Orders & Payment
Q: How can I track my order?
A: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your package via the carrier's website.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been validated?
A: Orders are prepared quickly for shipment. If you wish to modify or cancel, please contact us within one hour of confirmation so that we can make the necessary changes before shipment.
2. Delivery
Q: What are the delivery times?
A: Order processing takes 1-2 business days. Shipping then depends on the destination country: most customers receive their packages within 7 to 12 business days after shipment.
Q: What is the cost of delivery?
A: Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your country and order amount. We often offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount (to be determined according to your policy).
Q: Do you deliver to my country?
A: Yes — we ship worldwide. Please see the “Shipping” page for delivery times and rates by country.
3. Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have up to 14 days after receipt to return an item, unworn, unwashed, with its tags intact. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Q: How do I proceed with a return?
A: Log in to your account, click on “Request a return”, follow the instructions and send the package to the address provided.
Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days .
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order.

A: Consult the size guide available on each product page. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
Q: Are the product photos accurate?
A: Yes — we select quality visuals, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

A: We work with certified suppliers and inspect each batch to ensure a high level of quality for a premium dropshipping brand.
